There is a particular magic about meandering through a good bookstore. When I moved to Portland, I knew I'd found home because of Powell's books. I could go hang out in the Powell's coffee shop on a Saturday night with books I pulled from the shelves, and the place would be full of other bookworms hanging out and reading on a Saturday night.
